Based in Land O' Lakes
King Appliance Repair is a local company based in Land O' Lakes, in Pasco County. We are a service-area business. That means we come to you; there is no shop for you to visit.
We cover homes within about 20 miles of Land O' Lakes. That circle reaches across central Pasco County, north Hillsborough County and the edge of Pinellas County.
Our three main communities
Most of our pages focus on the three places closest to home:
- Land O' Lakes: Connerton (Land O' Lakes mailing address), Lake Padgett Estates, Wilderness Lake Preserve, Concord Station and Bexley, plus homes along US 41, SR 52 and SR 54.
- Lutz: the Hillsborough and Pasco sides of Lutz, including Cheval and Stonebrier, from US 41 to Dale Mabry Highway.
- Odessa: homes along SR 54 and Gunn Highway, near the Suncoast Parkway and Starkey Ranch.
Other towns we serve
We also make house calls in these nearby communities.
Pasco County: Connerton, Wesley Chapel, Trinity, Meadow Oaks, Shady Hills, San Antonio, New Port Richey, Hudson, Zephyrhills and Dade City.
Hillsborough County: Cheval, Keystone, Northdale, Citrus Park, Carrollwood, Lake Magdalene, New Tampa, Pebble Creek, Westchase and Temple Terrace.
Pinellas County: Oldsmar and Tarpon Springs.
Distances are measured as a straight line from Land O' Lakes, so actual drive routes can be longer. Some of these towns sit near the outer edge of our circle. Zephyrhills, Dade City, Oldsmar and Tarpon Springs are among the farthest. We still serve them, but it helps to call ahead so we can plan the visit.
What the area means for your appliances
Homes across this area share the same Florida challenges. Summer humidity makes refrigerators and freezers work harder. Hurricane season brings power outages and surges.
Keystone is known for its lake homes and ranches. If your home is on a private well, tell us when you book. Well sediment can clog the water valves and filters in washers, dishwashers and ice makers. The Florida Department of Health says well owners should test their water at least once a year.
Much of the public water here comes from the Floridan Aquifer, an underground layer of rock that holds fresh water. Over time, mineral scale from that water can build up inside appliances that use water. Cleaning filters on schedule helps, wherever you live in our area.
Just outside our area?
If your town isn't listed, call us anyway at 727-241-7777. Tell us your ZIP code and what is wrong. If we can reach you, we will set up a visit. If we can't, we will tell you right away so you can find help sooner.
