These appliances are a big investment, so repair is often worth a close look before you think about replacing them. Built-in units are also sized to fit your cabinets, which can make a swap harder than it looks. Sub-Zero refrigerators also deal with the same Florida humidity as any other fridge, so a healthy door seal matters.

If your appliance is still under the maker's warranty, check with the manufacturer first. Their warranty may cover the repair at no cost to you.
