Viking makes large, heavy kitchen appliances. Many are set into cabinets or fitted flush with the counter. We repair Viking:

Built-in units need a careful hand
A Viking range or built-in fridge is not like a freestanding unit you can roll out. It may be heavy, tight to the cabinets, or tied in to trim panels. Moving it the wrong way can scratch a floor or chip a counter edge.
We plan the job before we touch it. We protect the floor, take our time pulling a unit out when that is needed, and set it back square. If a repair can be done in place, we do it in place.
To be clear, we are not factory certified by Viking. We are a licensed and insured independent company with 10+ years of experience.
Common Viking problems
- A burner clicks but won't light, or the flame looks uneven.
- The oven won't reach its set temperature.
- The fridge runs warm or the freezer builds frost.
- The dishwasher won't drain or leaves dishes wet.
- A fan or motor makes a new grinding or buzzing noise.
Heat and humidity matter here. Damp air enters a fridge each time the door opens, and a door seal that has gone flat lets in even more.
Error codes on Viking appliances
We only list codes from official manufacturer pages, and we have not listed any for Viking here. Please tell us the code shown on your display when you book, along with what the appliance was doing when it appeared.
Safe checks while you wait
For anything electric, unplug it or switch off the breaker before checking. Make sure the breaker is on and the fridge door closes fully. For a dishwasher, check that the water valve under the sink is open.

Information to share when you book
Viking model and serial labels are often in places you don't look every day. On ranges, check behind the kick panel or around the oven door frame. On built-in fridges, look inside near the top or behind a grille. A photo helps us arrive ready.
