- When you would like us to come

We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This helps keep the site running and secure.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to:
- Call you back about your repair request
- Plan and schedule your visit
- Check that your home is within our service area
- Keep normal business records of the work we do
How the form works
Our booking form is processed by Netlify Forms, a service from our website host, Netlify. When you send the form, your details are stored by Netlify and passed on to us. Netlify handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Some pages may load maps or other content from outside services. Those services can see your IP address, as they would on any website.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with services that help us run this website and our business, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests only as long as we need them to handle your repair and keep normal business records. After that, we delete them.

You can ask us to:

- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or business records
